Airletter – personal email campaigns from your own Gmail
Send it flying.
A separate email to every recipient – on your behalf, through your own Gmail. Airletter only gets permission to send email and never reads your mailbox.
From list to inbox in one flight.
No SMTP, no DNS records, no domain warm-up. The extension works inside the Gmail you already use.

Launch
Send now or schedule it. Letters go out spaced like a person wrote them.
Built for deliverability.
Your sender, your reputation
Mail goes through the Gmail API from your account, not a shared server pool that spam filters already know.
Sheets as the source
Keep the list where your team already works. Airletter reads the addresses from a Google Sheet at launch.
Human pacing
Sending is spread over time and stays inside Gmail's daily limits.
Everything Gmail can do
HTML formatting, attachments, signature – write the email as usual, Airletter does the rest.
Scheduling
Pick a date and time in your own timezone. A campaign can be cancelled before it finishes.
Dashboard with stats
Status of every campaign, how many letters went out and how many failed – in your dashboard on the website.

FAQ
What do I need to use Airletter?+
A Gmail or Google Workspace account and the Chrome browser with the Airletter extension installed.
From what server are my emails sent?+
From Gmail's servers, on your behalf via the Gmail API. Every email sent appears in your Sent folder.
How many emails can I send per day?+
As many as your plan allows, but no more than Gmail's daily limit: about 500 for a regular account and about 2,000 for Google Workspace. When today's limit is reached, the rest go out the next day automatically.
Can I send attachments?+
Yes. Write the email in Gmail as usual, attach files and press the Airletter button. Total attachment size is up to 18 MB.
Does Airletter read my email?+
No. We only request permission to send email on your behalf. Airletter has no access to your inbox or conversations.
What does Airletter use Google APIs for?+
Only to send the emails you wrote and launched yourself (Gmail API) and to read addresses from the Google Sheet you choose (Sheets API). Airletter does not generate images or any other content and does not use Google data to train AI models.
How do I cancel and delete my data?+
Subscriptions do not renew automatically. To delete your account and all data, contact support – we will do it within 30 days.
